When do I need a HIP?
The objective of HIPS is to provide information as early as possible in a transaction so that buyers can make an informed choice.
As from the 6th April 2009 the legislation changed, a pack now needs to be in place prior to any marketing. hullhip.co.uk can organised a market ready Home Information Pack, usually within 3 to 5 days, which will allow you to market your property as quickly as possible eradicating the risk of any lengthy delays.
There are certain exemptions in the HIP regulations and we will be happy to discuss this with you as to whether your property falls into any of these categories.
